Here’s what I’ll do to help your day run smoothly:

• Create a fully dependable timeline that fits you and your family’s needs.

• Contact each vendor to ensure they have everything prepared for your special day.

• 3 virtual meetings leading up to the day

• Full rehearsal, ceremony, and reception coordination

• Layout and design assistance

• Up to 12 hours of Day-Of Coordination

If you are overwhelmed with all the wedding planning madness and can’t decide what you want in terms of colors, venues, or even flowers, I am here fro you! The Year Round Planning Package ensures that every detail is thought through from day 1.

What this package includes:

• Assistance in design and layout

• Attend vendor meetings.

• Manage budget and guest

• Assist in researching and booking vendors

• Create an efficient timeline for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception.

• Assist in table/chair set up

• Monthly design and tracking meetings

• Creative Google Doc Organizer. Including checklist, guest list, checklist, timeline, etc.
